General terms and conditions

1. PURPOSE

These general conditions regulate the purchase, booking, and use of tickets, visits, gift vouchers, and services offered by Mas Bes, as well as the rights and obligations of the parties.

2. CONDITIONS OF ACCESS AND USE

The ticket is only valid for the date and time indicated on the corresponding ticket. Access is not permitted outside the reserved time.

It is mandatory to present the ticket, in digital or printed format, to access the activity.

Minors must always be accompanied by a responsible adult throughout the entire visit.

Mas Bes reserves the right of admission for reasons of safety, capacity, or non-compliance with the venue’s rules.

Punctuality is required. Lateness may result in the loss of the right of access without the right to a refund.

Mas Bes is not responsible for personal items lost, damaged, or stolen during the visit.

Taking photographs or making audiovisual recordings may be limited or prohibited in certain areas.

In case of adverse weather conditions or force majeure, Mas Bes reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the activity. However, in the event of normal rain, the activity will proceed as usual.

3. ECONOMIC CONDITIONS AND PAYMENT FOR VISITS

Payment for the visit constitutes automatic and final confirmation of the booking for the agreed day and time.

Tickets are non-refundable, except in the event of cancellation of the activity by the organization.

If you are unable to attend on the agreed day, the amount paid will not be refunded. However, a single date change for the same visit will be allowed, provided it is requested at least seven (7) calendar days before the scheduled date and is subject to availability.

In case of a no-show, the visit will be considered completed, with no right to a refund or date change.

4. GIFT VOUCHERS

Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

The beneficiary must finalize the booking within the voucher’s validity period.

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

In case of a no-show within the validity period, the visit will be considered completed with no right to a refund.

5. DEPOSIT

Payment of the deposit, set at fifty euros (€50), secures the booking of the room or space for the agreed day and time.

The amount paid as a deposit will be returned 48 hours after the reserved day.

In case of cancellation at least seven (7) calendar days before the agreed date, the client may request a date change, subject to availability.

In case of cancellation within seven (7) days prior to the agreed date, the deposit amount will not be returned, nor will any changes be permitted.

In case of a no-show, the deposit will be forfeited and the booking will be considered cancelled.

6. ACCEPTANCE OF CONDITIONS

The purchase of tickets, bookings, or services implies the express and full acceptance of these general conditions.
